OUR HOLIDAY HOME
Our Holiday Home is very spacious and modern 2006 Willerby Richmond 35ft x 12ft , 3 bedroom caravan which we purchased in 2007. This is a Prestige Grade (the new name for Gold grade in 2008) privately owned holiday home that sleeps upto 8 people.
It is situated on a recently built area on the Haven Hafan Y Mor Holiday Park called Tryfan, named after one of the main beautiful Mountains of Snowdonia. Tryfan is fully landscaped and in a highly sought after peaceful and beautiful cul-de-sac position with only 14 holiday homes very well spaced out, it is also close to all the amenities and has its own private car parking space and patio area with a personal picnic bench and plenty of ground around for fun with the family or relaxing, sunbathing etc.
All the Prestige Grade luxuries are included: Extra Wide 12ft Caravan, heating in all bedrooms, TV with integrated DVD player which also plays music CDs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a full size gas cooker PLUS it is Fully Alarmed and also has fitted smoke detectors for added piece of mind.
The main living area is all open plan with warm inviting colours, vaulted ceilings and spotlights throughout and also has ample seating in front of the gas fire and TV that has upto 12 channels for your viewing, a mini hi-fi unit, fully modern fitted Vanilla kitchen with wood style flooring and a comfortable dining area for large parties. The front area can be closed off for extra privacy from the rear of our holiday home.
The master bedroom is at the rear with a double bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, several drawers and cupboards and also under-bed storage space and plinth heater. There are 2 twin bedrooms, both with drawers, mirror and single wardrobe space and plinth heaters, one of the twin rooms has a bed that can be easily stored underneath another bed for more space if required. A comfortable double bed is also located in the living room stowed underneath the seating if needed.
A WC room with baisin and mirror is separate from a shower room, the seamless shower unit is very spacious and this room also has a baisin, medicine cabinet with mirror and a towel panel heater.
All gas, electric and water rates are included in the price of your holiday, there is a full inventory of plates, cups and glasses, cutlery etc. for up to 8 people, all pillows and quilts are supplied and you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels and other essentials. We regret to say that no smoking and no pets are allowed in our home. The park rules state that all male or female parties, or parties under the age of 21 are notpermitted. All equipment is PAT safety tested every year. You will need to own a domestic TV licence for use of the TV.

THE HOLIDAY PARK & LOCATION
Set against the staggering back drop of Snowdonia and nestled in its very own picturesque, sheltered bay lies Hafan Y Mor Holiday Park - and what a Park it is, one of Haven's flagship Caravan Parks. Hafan Y Mor is a prestigious, highly rated, meticulously landscaped Park offering beauty and also endless fun for your family, you will never get bored with all the park has to offer. The Hafan Y Mor park is rapidly expanding with new features every year, 2007 saw the opening of 'Ropeworks' an outdoor rope and artificial wall for the climber in you.
2008 plans were revealed with a £3.5 Million spent on new development and further spendiing on the site is on the cards. A new Central landscaped area is now complete with extensions to the Splash Zone with extended indoor solarium and outdoor sun lounge area and upgraded family changing facilites. A new outdoor Entertainment Stage has also been integrated along with a new fully landscaped 9 hole 'Adventure Golf' with challenging holes and bunkers for family fun has replaced the old Crazy Golf and Adventure Playground, the Rory Bouncy Castle and Trampolines have been relocated alongside the Karting and NEW Quad Bike area. Also new for the park is a Starbucks Coffe Shop, only 5 Haven sites have been selected for this.
Need cash or call a friend..don't worry, cash points and phone booths are located on the park. Shops on-site include a Fish and Chip shop, Burger King, Gift shop, Photo store, sweet shop, and also two Licenced convenience stores with Bakery located at either end of the park open 'til 10pm depending on season, but if you can't find what you want then there is an ASDA Store in Pwllheli approx. 3 miles away. Also on trial later this year is a Food Takeaway Service delivered directly to your door.

Bonga Wonga Bar only open in peak season from 6pm with various Funworks Activities/Shows with Licenced Bar 'til late.

** A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required and must be received within 7 days to secure your booking, remaining payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday begins and a £50 security bond is also required against any damages which is refunded after caravan has been checked for breakages/loss. Payment by Personal Cheque is preferred, we do also accept Credit Card/ Bank Transfer/Debit Card through Paypal, however a 4% surcharge will have to be added to the price of your holiday for the use of Paypal . Prices do not include Funworks Entertainment Passes, which are available at the reception desk on your arrival. Caravan must be vacated by 10am at the end of your stay, this allows us to clean it for our next tennants. Check-in is from 2.30pm at the holiday park reception, this is where the key can be collected, please return the key to reception at the end of your stay.
